Why Choose SAYiT Training?

Do you want to liberate your staff to feel more comfortable and confident in supporting LGBTQ+ customers, clients and workmates? Are you struggling to keep up to date in a rapidly changing environment?

SAYiT is the largest LGBTQ+ organisation in the South Yorkshire region and has been established since 1999. We have the unique perspective of working directly with thousands of LGBTQ+ youth, this helps us stay specialist, current and informs the content of our training sessions.

We are members of multiple national, regional and local networks, so our material is constantly being refreshed and kept up to date.

We work with statutory services as well as grass roots organisations to ensure support is available for all communities.

We are always growing, developing and expanding our training offer and content.

I found the training really interesting, really useful and gave me a much broader perspective on the trans community and how we can support them.
